About Me
Composer/pianist Salvatore Gebbia was born in 1965. He attended the D Cimarosa Conservatory of Music in his hometown of Avellino, Italy, and the Nino Rota International Academy of Music in Bari. Performing both as a soloist and as a member of various chamber ensembles, including the Kammermusik Quintet and his own M.J. Quartet, in 1992, Gebbia founded the Wassily Kandinsky International Academy of Music, serving as its artistic director. His debut album Lifebound was issued in early 2000.
